Chocolate Rice Krispie Easter Egg Nests

This recipe is vegetarian, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly
·      Extra Easy - 3 syns per nest 
·      Green/Vegetarian - 3 syns per nest
·      Original/SP - 3 syns per nest
·      WW Smart Points - 3 per nest
Ingredients
·      28g (1oz) of Rice Krispies - 5.5 syns
·      1/2 level tbs  (2.5g) of 100% pure cocoa powder - 0.5 syns
·      1 tbs of brown sugar - 2.5 syns
·      2 tbs or 2% milk - 1 syn
·      12 mini eggs - 9.5 syns
Instructions
1.   Add the cocoa powder, brown sugar and milk to a small saucepan.
2.   Heat on a medium heat, consistently whisking, until it thickens and is silky in appears like a chocolate caramel sauce. (Running the whisk through the middle will form a line)
3.   Remove from heat.
4.   Add the Rice Krispies and mix with a wooden spoon until the Rice Krispies are coated in all the chocolate.
5.   Spoon the mixture evenly into 6 holes of a muffin tray
6.   Using a square of parchment paper, push down firmly, so they are well packed together.
7.   Top each nest with 2 mini eggs.
8.   Place the tray in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
