How to make French Crepes
With the simple and easy ingredients below, you can make up to 12 thin crepes that you can serve to your children or friends. Ingredients:

·         230 gr of white flour
·         Three medium eggs
·         A tablespoon of vanilla extract
·         A teaspoon of white sugar optional
·         400 ml of milk
·         30 gr butter melted or you may also use vegetable oil
·         salt

Directions:

1.      1To start this cooking process, you may prepare a large bowl and fill it with flours, egg, vanilla extract, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Then, combine these ingredients until they are completely mixed. After this, you may set this aside and continue to do the next step below.
2.      2Next, you may add the milk gradually to the mixture you have made before while combining them with a whisk or electric mixer. Here, it functions to smoothen the batter and beat the eggs as well. Combine the batter well until there is no lumps formed.
