CANDY
CANE WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE
Treat
yourself to this yummy festive Candy Cane White Hot Chocolate - a perfect
decadent drink that the whole family will love.
INGREDIENTS

mugs of 2% milk (use as part of your HEa allowance)

5
mini peppermint candy canes
·
8
tablespoons Light aerosol whipped cream
·
22g
Options White Hot Chocolate (or use any low calorie hot chocolate)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the milk to a saucepan
with the options and 2 of the mini candy canes
2. Heat gently, stirring
continuously, until candy canes have and options are fully dissolved and milk
is warm
3. While milk is warming up,
add one mini candy cane to a ziplock bag and bash with rolling pin until small
pieces
4. Pour hot chocolate into mug
5. Top each mug with 4 tbs of
light whipped cream
6. Sprinkle with the crushed
candy cane pieces and add 1 mini candy cane to each mug.
7. Sip and enjoy!!!
