A healthy chocolate shake for kids packed with energy boosting chia seeds!

INGREDIENTS

·         500ml / 2 cups milk
·         100g / 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
·         1 banana
·         1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
·         1 tbsp chia seeds
·         1 tsp honey
·         1/2 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1.   Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until completely smooth.
2.   Serve immediately.
