5 MINUTE HEALTHY,
LOW FAT, HIGH PROTEIN, CHEESECAKE CUPS
Ingredients

cup graham cracker crumbs
·
1
cup fat free cottage cheese (I use gay lea)
·
1/4
cup 0% plain greek yogurt
·
1
tbsp honey
·
1
tsp vanilla extract
·
zero
calorie sweetener equivalent to 2 tsp sugar (check your specific package
equivalents)
·
zest
from half a small lemon
·
Fresh
berries (optional for the top)
Instructions
1.
Get
out four small dishes, and put 2 tbsp of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom
of each one.
2.
Put
the cottage cheese, yogurt, honey, vanilla, sweetener, and lemon zest into the
bowl of a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth.
3.
Split
the cheesecake mixture evenly among the four dishes, and top with fresh berries
if using. Serve right away.
