4 Ingredient Pina Colada Energy Bites

Ingredients
·       1 cup almonds
·       1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
·       1 cup dried pineapple
·       1 tsp vanilla extract
Servings: bites

Instructions
1.    Add all ingredients to food processor.
2.    Process on high until a crumbly and sticky mixture form. Take some mixture and see if it sticks together enough to form into a ball. If it does, go ahead and form your bites. If not, add water 1 tsp at a time to wet the mixture just enough to make it hold together.
3.    You should end up with 20- 1" bites to enjoy now or store in your fridge or freezer for later consumption.
