At just 4 Weight Watchers Smart Points for the whole pie, you can't go wrong with this treat. Divide this into 4 servings for 1 point each.
Ingredients
·         15 oz can pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
·         4 egg whites
·         ½ cup skim milk
·         ½ tsp salt
·         1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
·         ½ tsp cinnamon
·         ⅓ - ½ cup Splenda
Instructions
1.    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
2.    Pour into a pie plate.
3.    Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
4.    Reduce heat to 375 and bake for 35-40 minutes more, until pie is set.
