Ingredients:

Six medium potatoes, you can use Yukon Gold or Carisma potatoes

45 gr of melted butter or you may change with 30 gr olive oil
·
30 gr of lemon juice
·
Two cloves garlic, crushed
·
Two teaspoons of dried oregano that is divided
·
Salt and pepper as the seasoning
·
Olive oil spray
·
A pinch of semolina
Directions:
1. 1Heat the
oven over medium-high heat or around 200 celsius-degree (400 Fahrenheit-degree)
to grill the potatoes. Then, prepare a large pot and fill with water that has
been added with salt. Put the potatoes in it and turn on the heat until boil.
Cover the pot and simmer for 30 until 35 minutes to get tender potatoes. Next,
drain the potatoes from the remaining water.
2. 2Take a
large baking sheet or tray then give the survey with cooking oil spray. Next,
