Extra Easy - 1 HEb per serving

Green - 1 HEb per serving

Gluten Free - use gluten-free oats
*suitable for freezing
Ingredients
·
120g/4.3oz
of oats (make sure they are gluten free verified) - 3xHEb's
·
120g/4.3oz
of fat-free plain yoghurt
·
2
eggs
·
1
tsp of baking powder (make sure the one you use is gluten free)
·
½
tsp of baking soda
·
pinch
of salt
Instructions
1.
Reserve
a teaspoon of oats
2.
Place
the rest of the oats in a blender and blitz until finely grinded
3.
Add
to a bowl and mix in baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt
4.
Add
in yoghurt and eggs and fold till combined (don't over mix)
5.
Leave
for 15 mins
6.
Preheat
oven to 165c or 325f (gas mark 3)
7.
Line
a 7inch spring-from tray with parchment paper
8.
Carefully
add the bread mixture
9.
Sprinkle
the top with the reserved oats
10.
Place
in the oven and bake for approx 50 mins (skewer entered into the centre should
come out clean)
11.
Allow
to cool slightly and then slice.
12.
Enjoy
a ⅓ of the loaf as part of your Healthy Extra B choice
13.
Freeze
some for another day.
