Mango Turmeric Smoothie
Enjoy the benefits of turmeric in this tasty tropical smoothie.

§  Yield: 1 large smoothie
Ingredients
§  2 cups frozen mango cubes
§  1 frozen banana
§  6 ounces plain non-dairy yogurt
§  1-inch fresh turmeric (or 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric)
§  1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
§  1 cup orange juice
Instructions
1.       In a blender, combine the frozen mango, frozen banana, non-dairy yogurt, turmeric, and ginger with the orange juice. Blend until smooth. Add more juice or almond milk as needed to thin.
