Ingredients:

·         Four slices of Texas toast
·         Eight tablespoons or 120 gr chocolate peanut butter, here you may use Nutella
·         A medium banana, then sliced it into thin rounds
·         Two eggs, you may choose the large ones
·         50 gr milk, here you may choose the unsweetened cashew milk
·         A tablespoon of granulated sugar
·         A half teaspoon cinnamon
·         30 gr of unsalted butter

Directions:

1.      1First, you need to prepare the Texas toast slices and spread each toast with two tablespoons of chocolate peanut butter. Make sure you spread this evenly, then add also some bananas in every two slices. After this, you may flat the layer of the toasts.
