beginning until the end.
Ingredients:
Chocolate Layer

200 gr of Dark Chocolate Morsels
·
30 gr coconut oil
·
50 gr cashew butter (smooth)
·
A teaspoon of coconut sugar
Caramel Layer
·
75 ml coconut oil
·
75 gr coconut sugar
·
100 ml coconut milk (full fat)
·
30 gr cashew butter (smooth)
·
A teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
To make the chocolate layer:
1First
of all, prepare 12 cup muffin tins that have been double layered with cupcake
liners. Then, prepare a small saucepan and heat it over low heat with the
chocolate chips and coconut oil in it. Stir and cook these ingredients until
they become completely melted and smooth.
2When it
is done, turn the heat off and then add the cashew butter to it. Also, if you
want, you can add the coconut sugar as well. Mix them until well combined and
pour the mixture over the muffin cups. Here, you can use a rubber spatula to
place the mixture into each cup.
To make the caramel layer:
1Place
the muffin tins into the refrigerator to chill for several minutes. While
waiting, you can use the time to make the caramel layer. Prepare a small
saucepan and heat it over low heat with coconut oil in it. When it is
completely melted, add the coconut sugar and coconut milk.
2Stir
and cook the ingredients until they are well combined for several minutes. When
the bubbles start to form, you may turn the heat off. Then, add the cashew
butter and vanilla. Mix until they are perfectly blended and the texture
becomes smooth.
3Bring
the muffin tins out of the refrigerator. Carefully pour the caramel mixture
over the firm chocolate mixture. Make sure the caramel mixture reaches the top
of the cup. Then, bring the cups back to the refrigerator to chill for around
20 minutes until it is firm and ready to enjoy.
