Chocolate Fudge Cookie Pie is a decadent dessert for
chocolate lovers. This easy pie recipe starts with a chocolate chip cookie
crust with a creamy chocolate filling and is topped with mini M&Ms.
Ingredients
- 16.5 oz Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup 18% cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup mini M&Ms
Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350F.

Press cookie dough into bottom and up sides of
greased 9 inch pie plate.

Bake cookie dough until golden brown all across
the top. 19-21 minutes.

Use metal spoon to flatten the cookie back into
a pie crust shape. Set aside crust.
5.
In a large microwave safe bowl combine the
chocolate chips, cream, butter and sugar.

Microwave on high for 45 seconds and stir well.
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir well again. Continue microwaving and stirring
for 30 seconds at a time until the mixture is completely melted.
7.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the cookie pie
crust.
8.
Sprinkle the mini M&Ms on top of the pie.
9.
Chill the pie for at least two hours in the
refrigerator before slicing and serving.
