This recipe is dairy free, vegetarian, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly
·      Extra Easy - 6 syns per slice
·      Green/Vegetarian - 6 syns per slice

·      Dairy Free  - use coconut oil and dairy free chocolate chips
Ingredients
·      160g (5.6oz) of plain flour
·      1 tsp of baking powder
·      ½ tsp of baking soda
·      1 tsp of vanilla essence
·      180g (6.3oz) of ripe bananas
·      1 tbs of unsalted butter or coconut oil (melted)
·      2 tablespoons of maple syrup
·      30g of milk chocolate chips (or dairy free chocolate chips)
·      2 large eggs
Instructions
1.   Preheat oven to 180c or 350f (gas mark 4)
2.   Sieve flour, baking powder and soda into a large bowl.
3.   In a separate bowl mash the banana and then whisk in the melted butter (or coconut oil), maple syrup and vanilla essence and then gradually beat in the eggs.
4.   Fold in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips
5.   Line a loaf tin with some baking paper and pour in the mixture.
6.   Bake in the oven for approx 40 mins, until a wooden skewer inserted in the centre, comes out clean.
7.   Allow to cool and then slice and serve.
