Ingredients

1/3 cup coconut
butter melted (NOT coconut oil) (80 g)

1/2 cup shredded
unsweetened coconut (42 g) + more for rolling
·
2 tbsp agave
syrup or maple syrup (40 g)
·
Optional: 8 almonds
Instructions
1.
Put the melted coconut butter (you
can melt it in a double boiler or in a microwave), maple syrup and the shredded
unsweetened coconut in a small bowl, stir with a spoon

Place the bowl in the freezer for
about 3-5 minutes so that the mixture gets more firm

Form 8 balls with your palms, it
works best with slightly wet hands

You can add one almond in the center
of each ball (optional)

Roll the balls in shredded
unsweetened coconut and store them in the fridge. Enjoy!!
