Bliss balls recipe with mulberries, rolled in maqui berry powder and cinnamon. Easy to make vegan and gluten free raw truffles

Ingredients
·         1 cup dried mulberries (120 g)
·         1/2 cup sunflower seeds (70 g)
·         8-9 small dates (60 g)
·         1/2 cup oats (gluten free if required) (45 g)
·         1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g)
Instructions
1.      Process all ingredients except the dates and the vanilla extract in your food processor for about 10 seconds

2.      Add the dates and the vanilla extract, blend again for some seconds until the dough holds together when you press it between your fingers. If it's too dry add another date

3.      Use about 1 heaped tsp of the dough to roll a ball between your palms. Continue until no dough is left (recipe makes about 15 to 20 balls, 15-20 g each)

4.      I rolled my balls in maqui berry powder and cinnamon, but you can roll them in cocoa powder, matcha powder, powdered sugar or shredded coconut

5.      Store in the fridge. Enjoy!
